How to Set Up Conditional Call Forwarding?

How to Set Up Conditional Call Forwarding
Conditional call forwarding might appear difficult at first, but it is very simple. The main idea on which this feature is based is that it facilitates you in directing your calls to another number every time your mobile phone is:

Busy: when you are listening to a call.

Unanswered: when you are busy doing an activity and cannot answer a call.

Unreachable: when your phone is out of signal coverage, or it is not on.

For What Reasons can you use Conditional Call Forwarding?

It is better to divert your calls to another phone line instead of taking them to voicemail. Many people don’t prefer to forward all their calls, but they want to have a backup if their number is busy or they are not answering it. Particular telecom companies provide this service without any charges, whereas others give this facility at an additional price.

Conditional Call Forwarding Vs. Standard Call Forwarding

Conditional Call Forwarding Vs. Standard Call Forwarding
Standard or unconditional call forwarding diverts all the calls coming to your phone number to an alternate phone line. Because standard call forwarding doesn’t identify different types of calls, it has a limited use. Conditional call forwarding works with advanced technology. For example, a smartphone on which you have enabled the conditional call forwarding feature will give you a ring, and it will divert a call when you do not receive the call, when you are on another call, or when your phone is out of coverage.
