Web Extension
Overview
A web extension allows you to access the communication dashboard directly from your browser and enables you to make and receive calls without a VoIP phone or app.
Adding a web extension
Add a web extension for smooth communication and staying productive.
- Log into your account and click “settings”.
- Go to “my settings” and scroll down to “My devices”
- Click “Add” and select “Web Extension” if your plan allows.


Receiving calls on web extensions
Enable call reception on the web extension to make and receive VoIP calls directly from your browser.
- In “My settings”scroll down to “My devices”
- Set the "receive calls” button to “on” for your desired extension.
Now you can receive calls on your web extension.

Logging out from a web extension
Log out from the web extension to disconnect your VoIP account and stop receiving calls on your browser.
- In “My settings”scroll down to “My devices”
- Hover on the “extension name” and click “view info”
- Here click the “Logout” button next to “log out this device”.
Note: the logout option is available only if you have logged into more than one extension.
