Settings for Users(Invite & Sub User)
1. Can admin modify all User Settings according to their preferences and requirements?
Yes, admins have full control over user settings in the organisation. They can change anything from basic account details to more complex settings based on what the organisation needs.
Admins can easily go through the admin interface to update user profiles. This control includes editing things like the user’s name, call settings, extension limits, and other important settings.
2. How to edit user Extension, Name, Password and Email?
To modify user information, including name, password, extension, and email, please adhere to the following procedural steps:
- Access your account by logging in securely.
- Locate and select the “Settings” icon situated in the left-bottom sidebar of the interface.
- Go to the “Users” section within the settings menu.
- Select the user you want to edit and make the necessary changes.


3. How to assign new number of users?
- You can also assign number to users if you have list of purchased number.
- If you have not any number then you need to purchased number first.


4. How you can assign a specific team to user?
- You can assign a specific team to a user by selecting from all teams.

How sub user/invited user can update its profile picture?
- Log in to your account and click on the "Settings" icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Go to My Settings.
- In new interface, click on profile section from the sidebar options.


6. How to update Call plan of user?
- Here you can update your call plan.

7. How to Set Call setting for sub/invited users?
- Log in to your account and click on the "Settings" icon at the bottom left of the screen. Settings--> Calls.

8. How to Manually Add Devices for a user?
You can add a new extension for a specific user and check the status of all active devices. You can also enable or disable calls.

9. How to Manage voicemail setting of user?
- Here you can set different setting of voicemail for a user.
