Mobile Extension
A mobile extension allows you to use your VoIP phone system on your mobile device and ensures seamless connectivity even when away from the office.
Download the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Connecting a Mobile Extension
Manage calls, voicemails, and other VoIP features directly from your phone.
- Log in to your account on the web app.
- Go to “Settings” and click “My Settings”
- Scroll down to “My Devices”
- Click on “+Add” and select “mobile extension” to add new extension if your plan allows.
- Check your status (Online/Offline) from the list of Extensions.
Managing Mobile Extensions
Here you can edit further by clicking on -> Mobile Extension label according to given data below:
Enable/Disable Call Reception
Choose whether you want to receive calls on the mobile device.
- On the right side of “Mobile app” set the “receive calls button” to “on”
- Go to “My setting and scroll down to “My Devices”
- Scroll down to “My Devices”
Log Out from Device
Removes the device from your account but allows re-adding by logging in again.
- Go to “My setting and scroll down to “My Devices”
- Click on “Extension type” you want to log out.
- Here click the “Logout” button next to “log out this device”.
Note: The logout option is available only if you have logged into more than one extension.
