VoIP Business Copper Integration
VoIP Business integrates with Copper to provide you with seamless customer communication on the go.
How to Integrate Copper in your VoIP Business Account?
Follow these steps to integrate Copper with VoIP Business:-
- First, Log into your VoIP Business Account, 🡪 and click the bottom left Settings icon.

- Scroll down the left bar and click 🡪 the Integrations menu.
- Log into your Copper CRM account. 🡪 It will open up the dashboard.

- Navigate down to the Settings option.
- Clicking Settings will open up a list of account settings options. 🡪 Navigate down to the Integrations button.

- Click the API keys. 🡪 A new window will appear, prompting you to create an API key. 🡪 Click Generate API Key button.

- An API key will be generated. 🡪 Copy the key and email from the credentials.

- Go back to your VoIP Business Integrations window. In the new window, choose Cooper integration. 🡪 Click the “+” sign.

- An API key window will appear. 🡪 Put the API key and Email address into the new window.
