SIP Phone-Handset Extension
- To set up your SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) phone with your VoIP Business account, follow these steps:
- Switch on the Session Initiation Protocol phone, find out an IP address i.e. (192.168. 0.1), type that into your browser, and it shows you the below illustrated page->Admin login->Get user ID & password.
- You can Integrate seamlessly with your SIP phone by grabbing the SIP username and password from the headset section in your VoIP business account’s my device module.
- Go to setting -> Navigate to devices-> Endpoints Handset Copy the User ID and Password and enter that credential in the below CISCO window.
Now you are all set to use a SIP phone.
Note : that only administrators have the authority to modify the headset extension limit for all users within the organization.
