Create A New VoIP Business Account
To use our communication dashboard, you need to create an account. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Go to the VoIP Business App
- Open your web browser and enter the following link in the address bar:
- app.voipbusiness.com
- You have now entered the extensive “Communication Dashboard”

Now follow these instructions:
Step 1:
- Begin by clicking the “Sign-Up” button.
- While signing up, you have the option to choose between UK and USA numbers.
UK Numbers
- Pick a city and choose any number for free when you first sign up.
USA Numbers
- Click the USA Numbers button, pick your region, and select a number for free the first time you sign up.
Step 2:
- Here you have to create your credentials including your Full Name, Email Address, and Password.
Note :
Ensure your password contains a mix of lowercase letters, capital letters, symbols, and numbers for enhanced security
- Enter your first name and last name.
- Then add your email address.
- Once you enter your email address you will see an option to verify your email. Click it to verify your email.
- You will get a verification code on your registered email.
- Check your email and open the mail received from VoIP Business.
- You will get a verification code on your registered email.
- Enter the 6 digit code to verify your email.
- Now you need to enter your phone number for a secondary verification.
- Click on “click here to verify your number ” to receive a six-digit code on your personal number.
- Enter this code into VoIP Business app to verify your number.
- After entering verification code do not forget to click on captcha.
- Now you need to set your password. Always set a strong password to protect your security.
- Then enter additional details such as your Company Name, Address, etc. You’ll also have the option to enable or disable the “add address automatically” button.
- Wait a moment, and you will see a message saying your account has been created.
Account Generated:
- Congratulations! Your VoIP Business account is ready, and you can start using the services.
