To Access calls recordings follow the below steps:

1: Login VoIP Business Account.

2: Go to Settings and click on calls and enable the call recording option.

3: click on 3 dots in dialer in front of number.

4: Click on Call Info a new popup window open and check the recording

There are two steps to verify your account:

1: Verified by email 

  • Confirmation code sent on your register email checks your email and then click on confirmation email link to verify your account this is done from VoIP Business to secure your account and your information. 

2: Verified by phone number

Having a voice mail PIN means that you’re the only person who can access your VoIP Business voicemail. Having a PIN number increases the security of your personal and business information security

The administrator of the account can access all the call recordings for supervision purposes. No user/sub user can access it.
