How to view AI transcripts?

Follow the steps below to access AI transcript:

Log in to your account.
Click on the Dialer icon present at the top left corner.
Now hover on any of the desired calls and click on the AI transcript icon.
A pop appears showing you a detailed transcript of the recorded call.
Along with the AI transcripts you can can AI keywords that are very important for call analysis and finding customer issues.

Moreover, in this section you can listen, download or share call recordings according to your needs.
