  • Click the members icon, a new interface appears showing you all the members in your organisation.

Our communication dashboard allows you to quickly communicate with any member of your organisation via message, audio or video call.

Follow the steps below to make calls or send messages to any member of you organization:

  • Click on the members icon from the left sidebar.
  • In the new interface you will see all the members.
  • Hover over on any team member profile who you want to contact.
  • Here appear different options including call, chat, video call or Add to favorite.
  • Click your desired option to start a conversation.

How to add any member to favourites?

You can add any member as a favourite member and access them quickly when you need to message or call them.

Follow the steps below to add any members into favourites:

  • Click on the members icon.
  • In the new interface you will see all the members.
  • Hover over on any specific member icon who's you want to add as favourite.
  • In the given options click on add to favourites.
  • Your desired member is successfully added to favourite contacts.

To access favourite contacts follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your account.
  • On the right side of your interface locate the favourite icon.
  • Click on the favourites icon, a new interface appears showing you all your favourite contacts.
