Overview
Blocking and privacy help you control unwanted calls and protect sensitive information. You can block both inbound and outbound calls to specific numbers for security and convenience.
Blocking A Number
Blocking prevents spam calls from robocallers and telemarketers. Blocked callers will not receive a notification or know they have been blocked. You can also restrict outbound calls to certain numbers.
Follow the simple steps below to block a number
- Login to your Account.
- Navigate to “Settings” and click “Global Settings”.
- Scroll down and click “view” next to “Number blocking”.
- On the upper right corner click “Add Blocked Number”.
- Enter the “number” with the country code and provide a “reason for blocking”.
- Choose whether to block inbound, outbound, or both directions.
- Click “Done” to save.



Setting Parameters For Blocked Numbers
Choose whether you want to block a number for inbound calls or outbound calls to control incoming spam and prevent unauthorized outbound calls.
Block a number as inbound or outbound:
- Click on “Add Blocked Numbers”
- Scroll down and set “Block Inbound calls” to “on”.
- Click “Done” to save changes.
- To block outbound calls, set “Block outbound calls to “On”.

Removing a Number From Blocked List
Remove a number from the blocked list anytime to restore call access.
- Go to Settings > Global Settings.
- Scroll down and click “view” next to “Number blocking”.
- Select a “number” that you want to remove from the blocked list.
- In the pop-up window, scroll down and click “Remove from block list”.
- Confirm by clicking “Yes”.
