How Does The Force Button Feature Function?
- The Force button allows administrators to control how long sub-users remain in a call queue. It ensures agents stay engaged in their assigned queues, preventing voluntary exits and maintaining call center efficiency.
How To Switch On/Off The Force Button?
- Log in to your account.
- Go to “settings” and click “call queue”
- Select a specific call queue that needs attention.
- Scroll down to “set up your queue members”, and click “Add/remove users”.
- Once you “select a user” the “ force button” appears next to it.
- Click the “ Force button” for every user you want.
- Select “type of extension” and click “ done”.
