Members Inside Queue
Call Queue Members:
Call queue members are responsible for answering incoming calls. Each queue must have at least one member to function properly. Administrators can add or remove members as needed to ensure efficient call handling.
Adding Or Removing Member In A Call Queue
- Log in to your account.
- In the "administrator Settings" go to "call queue"
- Click on the specific call queue you want to change.

- Go to the "Set up your queue Members" section.
- Click on "+ Add/remove users" button to make changes.
- Select "users" you want to add and click "done".
