How to integrate FreshDesk CRM with VoIP Business?
Follow these steps to integrate FreshDesk with VoIP Business:-
- Log into VoIP Business Account. 🡪 Navigate down to the Settings icon.

- After clicking Settings, scroll down, and 🡪 Click the Integrations button.

- Then, log into your FreshDesk CRM. 🡪 Click your profile button at the top right corner.

- Now select profile settings in the drop-down menu.

- In the profile settings window, you will see all your profile details.
- Copy the API key from the “Your API Key” menu on the top right corner of your window.
- Go back to your VoIP Business Integrations page. 🡪 Click the “+” in the FreshDesk integration.

- Paste your URL and API key into the new window. 🡪 Click Submit 🡪 Done.
