Step 1 : Access our Communication Dashboard here
- Open your browser, enter our VoIP app link in the search bar(app.voipbusiness.com).
- Or “Download and Install” our VoIP Desktop app (voipbusiness.com).
- Welcome to our diverse platform!
Step 2 : Login
- Here you will see our login interface.
- Enter your credentials, including your “Email and Password”.
- Now, click the “Login” button.

Step 3 : If You Not Sure:
Not Sure Which Email to Use?
- To start using our communication dashboard, you need to complete the first login.
- If you are unsure which email to use, reach out to us via live chat or call our customer service line on 0333 344 9311.
What’s My Password?
- If you don’t know your password, click Forgot password? on the login screen.
- If your account was set up by someone else in your company or through one of our partners, you should have received an email with a link to set your password.
- Search your inbox for an email with the subject “Welcome to VoIP Business” or “Set up your new VoIP Business account”.
- If you can’t find the email, follow the steps below to reset your password.
Resetting Your Password
- If you don’t know your password then click the Forgot password?
- You’ll need to enter your email address and click on the “Reset password” button.
- Check your email for a 6-digit code and enter it when prompted.
- Next, a new interface allows you to set your password.
- Once you’ve set a password just head back to the apps to login.
