Do I need my credit card to sign up?

No, just create an account to get started. You’ll start with all the free includes listed above and you can always upgrade later on. Inbound test calls are on us. If you want to test outbound telephony, please contact us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express in more than 100 currencies.

Will VoIPBusiness replace our normal phone subscriptions?

No, but you’ll be able to receive calls on all your other phones if you want to.

Dixa enables you to have one or several main phone numbers with queues and call distribution that you can set up to do anything you like, including having an auto attendant (press 1, 2, 3, etc.) as well as voicemail, opening hours and more.

Do I need any hardware or softphones?

No, you simply need a microphone and speakers. But we recommend headsets with active noise cancellation for the best experience.

How do I port my existing phone numbers?

You have to contact us. We’ll take care of the process of having your numbers ported from your current carrier to us. Please be aware that there’s a fee for each number and that it might take some time. We’d love for it to be instant and free, but unfortunately we don’t make the rules.
