Billing

The billing process can be broken down into three processes:

  1. Review Billing Information. (Simple Review of the bill)
  2. Generate the Invoice.
  3. Send Out the Invoice.

To access these your billing information follow the navigation below:

Log in to your VoIP business account  -> click on settings -> click on administrator settings -> billing

Change Plan

In the change plan, the user can access information such as:

  • Current plan.
  • Plan license.
  • Addon Subscription.
  • Addon Packages.

Addon Subscription:

In this section, the user can see the services that he purchases from the addon.

How do we check add-on subscriptions?

Log in to your VoIP business account  -> click on setting -> click on administrator settings -> billing -> change plan ->Addon Subscription

Addon Packages

In this section, the user can see the total number of services he is able to purchase from addon according to the package.

How do we check total add-on services?

Log in VoIP business  -> setting -> administrator -> billing -> change plan -> Addon Packages

Account Balance:

Top-up products

Bank balance getting low? Then it’s time for a top up! A top up simply means adding money to your account so you have enough balance to cover any upcoming payments,the user can recharge his account balance from top-up products.

How do we recharge account balance?

Log in VoIP business  -> click on setting -> click on administrator settings -> billing -> click on account balance -> click on Top up product -> select  amount -> Pop message appear to click yes -> Press Done

Top-up setting:

In the top-up setting, the user can set (VoIP balance and WHMCS balance) Limits,e.g the user can set the minimum and maximum limit.

Example: If we set a threshold (100 pound)and (top up the following amount) set 300 pound  its mean when your account balance reaches 100 pound it automatically recharges 300 pound from your bank account

Benefits of Top Up setting

When your account balance falls below a certain threshold, it will be automatically recharged from your bank account. Now you can continue enjoying our service with ease.

My Invoice Details

In my invoice details, the user can save information such as the name, address, email, city, country and postal code.

How do users add information to my invoice details?

Log in to your VoIP Business account  -> click on settings -> click on administrator settings -> click on billing  -> click on my invoice details -> enter information ->Click Done

Estimated Invoices

Payment Method

In the payment method, the user can enter his credit card details. Here users can select two types of cards.

Primary card: primary card is the main card users use this card to pay bills

Secondary card: When the primary payment method fails, the backup payment method pays the balance automatically.

How do users add a credit card?

Users can add a credit card to their account from the billing section.

Log in to your VoIP business account->click on setting -> click on administrator settings -> click on billing ->click on payment method ->insert credit card details  -> press done. A popup message will appear (credit card successfully linked)

All Numbers

In this section, users can see all numbers information (numbers and assigned to)

How can we see numbers in billing?

Log in to your VoIP business account  ->click on settings -> click on administrator settings->click on billing  ->All numbers

All Users

In this section, user can see other users and sub-users detail. Further the user can change the calling plan of all users.

How can we change plan prefix from billing?

Log in to your VoIP business account  ->click on settings -> click on administrator settings ->click on billing -> All users

How do we set top-up settings?

Log in VoIP business  🡪 setting 🡪 administrator 🡪 billing 🡪 account balance 🡪 Top up setting🡪select voip balance or WHMCS balance🡪Done

How to check your Plan License?

In the plan license, users can see services details (Label, Allowed, Used, Remaining, Action )

    • Label: user can see the name of the service.
    • Allowed: In this section, the user can see the total number of services allowed to him
    • Used:  In this section, the user can see used the total number of services
    • Remaining: In this section, the user can see the remaining number of free services in the account.
    • Action: In this section, the user can delete the services.

How to change the plan or package?
