Fair Usage Policy

Our Fair Usage Policy (FUP) ensures all users access high-quality services. It is designed to prevent abuse and ensure our services are used fairly and responsibly. By using our services, you agree to accept the terms outlined in this policy.

  • VoIP Business service voice and data communication and its acceptable usage include but are not limited to, making and receiving phone calls, sending and receiving text messages and Voicemails, and using features such as call forwarding, voicemail transcription, and call monitoring in a manner consistent with typical usage.
  • Customers are not allowed to resell, distribute, or exploit the service for any commercial purpose or use it for excessive outbound calling for a long period of time through VoIP Business.
  • VoIP Business reserves the right to monitor usage patterns. If a user violates our fair usage policy, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account.

Call Center Use Is not Allowed on Unlimited Plans

Unlimited plans are for standard business use not for call center operations.

If we spot patterns that look like call center activity (like lots of continuous outbound calls), we will step in. We may shift your account to a dedicated call center plan. We also reserve the right to take action, which could include restricting or suspending your service.

Unlimited Calling

  • Unlimited calling excluded from the list
  • Unlimited calls to landlines and mobile numbers in over 50 locations, excluding the premium rate numbers and those outside the European Economic Area.
  • Outbound calls are included in all UK and US plans. For companies in the list , outbound calls only include landlines and local numbers.
  • You must pay £5 per month per user other than your subscription plan.
